Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

We are committed to transparency and respect your right to delete your digital footprint. Mobile app and web users can delete their accounts and request data purge using any of the following methods:

In-App Deletion: Open the Android App, navigate to the Settings / Profile screen, and click on "Delete Account" to request account termination.
Web Request Form: You do not need to have the app installed to request data deletion. Visit our dedicated Data Deletion Request Page and submit the form containing your name and registered email ID.
Email Request: Send an email directly to sanatansevasanghtrust@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

* Note: Upon request, all credentials, contact logs, addresses, and profile data will be permanently erased within 7 business days. However, transaction logs and physical receipts of donations must be retained under applicable statutory laws and tax guidelines in India (Section 80G).
