Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Sanatan Seva Sangh, we strive to build a community founded on truth and transparency. When you donate to our **Gau Seva & Community Programs**, we want you to have clear knowledge of our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Charity contributions, Gau Seva sponsorships, and daily anna daan payments are voluntary offerings given to the organization.

- Non-Refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable. Once we process a donation and direct the funds to Gau-shala maintenance or educational resources, we cannot revert it.

- Duplicate Transaction Error: If an electronic glitch causes your card/UPI to charge twice for a single donation, we will investigate and refund the duplicate charge. Please report duplicate transactions within 15 days of occurrence.
